By using NannyUAE ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What NannyUAE is

NannyUAE is a listing and introduction platform. We connect families looking for childcare with nannies who post their availability. NannyUAE is not a nanny agency. We do not employ nannies, sponsor visas, conduct background checks, or act as an intermediary in any employment relationship. All agreements — including salary, hours, and visa arrangements — are made directly between the family and the nanny.

For nannies

You must provide accurate information in your profile.
You are responsible for your own visa and work permit status.
You grant NannyUAE a non-exclusive licence to display your profile, including your name, photo, and listed details, to families browsing the platform.
Profiles found to contain false information may be removed without notice.

For families

You may browse and contact nannies for legitimate childcare hiring purposes only.
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including reference checks and verifying a nanny's right to work in the UAE.
You must not use nanny contact details for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose.

Platform rules (all users)

One account per person. Shared or fake accounts are not permitted.
You must not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account at our discretion.

Disclaimer

NannyUAE provides the platform "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy of profile information submitted by users. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from introductions or arrangements made through the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
