NannyUAE ("we", "our", "the platform") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

What data we collect

Account information — your email address, used to create and authenticate your account.
Profile information (nannies) — name, photo, nationality, availability, salary expectations, languages, and bio. This information is displayed publicly on your profile.
Contact information (nannies) — WhatsApp number, shared only with logged-in family accounts that view your profile.
Usage data — page views and profile interactions, used to improve the platform. We do not sell this data.

How we use your data

To create and manage your account.
To display nanny profiles to families browsing the platform.
To facilitate direct contact between families and nannies.
To send transactional emails (account verification, notifications) via Resend.
To operate and improve the platform.

Data processor

Your data is stored securely by Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Under applicable UAE data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at nannyuae@agentmail.to.

Cookies

We use only session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
